The meeting was held online, with connections to communes, wards and special zones across the city.
In his concluding remarks, Trung acknowledged the positive results achieved, particularly in industrial production, import-export activities and investment attraction.

The chairman called on departments, agencies and local authorities to closely monitor the city's socio-economic situation, clearly identify the causes of difficulties and proactively address obstacles in production and business activities to create new growth momentum. He also urged them to resolutely implement revenue collection tasks in the remaining months of 2026 and develop plans and measures for managing the 2027 budget.
Regarding budget revenue, Trung stressed the need for decisive direction, a comprehensive review of all revenue sources and a realistic assessment of the likelihood of meeting estimates. He called for proactive measures to offset potential revenue shortfalls and ensure the highest possible fulfillment of the 2026 budget revenue target.
For the estimation and management of the 2027 budget, specialized agencies were asked to review regulations, budget allocation norms, expenditure structures and existing policies. Budget estimates must be aligned with available resources, with spending areas, beneficiaries and tasks clearly defined. Public funds must be used economically and efficiently, with priority given to development investment and key tasks.

The chairman also called for accelerated digital transformation and effective use of data in tax administration to ensure full tax compliance and prevent revenue losses. The application of technology and digital data should create favorable conditions for residents and businesses while improving the effectiveness of State management.
