The Department of Education and Training has assigned inspection and supervision teams to examination boards to ensure that the entrance examination is conducted safely, fairly, and in full compliance with regulations.

The inspection teams will carry out their duties from May 31 to June 2, covering the entire duration of the city’s Grade 10 high school entrance examination.

The Department of Education and Training has established five inspection and examination supervision teams. The mobile inspection team, led by Mr. Luong Van Viet, Director of the Department of Education and Training, is responsible for monitoring examination administration at examination boards, promptly directing and handling any issues arising during the examination period, and carrying out other tasks assigned by the city’s examination steering committee.

The remaining four inspection teams are headed by Deputy Directors of the Department of Education and Training — Do Duy Hung, Dinh Minh Tuan, Vu Tri Quang, and Phi Thi Thuy Van. These teams are tasked with inspecting and supervising examination operations at test centers within their assigned areas.

The inspection teams will be on duty from May 31 through June 2, throughout the entire Grade 10 entrance examination period across the city.

As of 1:00 p.m. on May 30, the city had recorded eight candidates requiring special assistance due to health-related conditions during the examination. These include candidates with a broken right arm who are unable to write independently, leg fractures, hearing impairments requiring hearing aids, and various medical conditions such as nausea, dizziness, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, seizures, and temporary loss of consciousness.

These candidates have been assigned to examination boards at An Duong High School, Hai An High School, Ly Thanh Tong Lower and Upper Secondary School, Tran Phu Gifted High School, Nguyen Van Cu No. 1 High School, Hong Bang High School, Le Chan High School, and Ha Bac High School.

The Department of Education and Training has instructed examination boards to develop appropriate support plans in accordance with regulations. Candidates who are unable to write due to injuries will be provided with separate examination rooms and a designated assistant to transcribe their answers under the supervision of authorized personnel.

For candidates with mobility difficulties, examination boards will arrange testing rooms on the ground floor and provide assistance for entering and leaving the examination rooms.

Some test centers have also prepared additional chairs or tables to allow candidates with leg injuries to keep their legs extended comfortably during the examination. For candidates with a history of health complications, medical staff will remain on standby to provide timely assistance whenever necessary.
