Lien Hong Kindergarten in Thach Khoi Ward launched its socialist school model for the 2026-2030 period on October 26. It is one of nine schools in Hai Phong selected to implement the model and the only kindergarten in the city's western area to be chosen.
In preparation for the model, over the past time, Lien Hong Kindergarten gradually upgraded its facilities, improved the campus landscape, added greenery, and arranged learning and play areas to ensure safety and create a welcoming environment suited to young children's developmental needs.
At the same time, the school's management staff, teachers and employees focused on strengthening their sense of responsibility, improving teamwork and mutual support, and renewing childcare, nurturing and educational activities.
The school believes that building a socialist school at the preschool level must begin with practical daily actions, ensuring that children receive attentive care, are treated with respect and affection, and have a safe environment in which to play and explore. Every change in management, teaching and childcare is aimed at improving educational quality and creating a friendly, humane learning environment.
During the 2026-2030 period, Lien Hong Kindergarten will continue to develop a safe, welcoming, humane and happy educational environment; improve the quality of childcare, nurturing and education; build a dedicated and responsible team of managers, teachers and employees; accelerate digital transformation; and strengthen cooperation among families, the school and the community.
