The Hai Phong VFF Committee continues to call on agencies, units, businesses, socio-political organizations, philanthropists, officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, and all residents of the city to actively participate in the campaign; join hands to support people in the Central and Central Highland provinces with funding, essential goods, clean water, medicines, food, and necessary supplies to help affected communities soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

The Hai Phong VFF Committee is receiving donations from November 23 to December 23, 2025.
