The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city has raised donations to support people who suffered heavy losses because of Storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

In the spirit of the nation’s fine tradition of “mutual love and affection,” the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city launched a donation campaign on October 6 to support those affected by Storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
At the launching ceremony, leaders, officials, public employees, and workers of the committee contributed a total of 22 million VND to help residents in provinces and cities overcome the aftermath of the disaster.

Through the committee’s channel, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phong ward donated 20 million VND to support people in localities affected by Storm No. 10.
After the event, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city will continue to call on localities, agencies, units, organizations, and individuals to join hands in supporting people in disaster-hit areas to soon overcome consequences, surmount difficulties, and stabilize their lives.

Earlier, the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor decided to provide 900 million VND in aid to Trade Union members and workers in six provinces severely impacted by Storm No. 10.
