Eight businesses rewarded for well realizing tax policies and laws

Awarding the General Department of Taxation's certificates of merit to eight businesses in the province with good implementation of tax policies and laws in 2020 and 2021

Representatives of nearly 1,000 Hai Duong-based businesses attended a conference on tax policy and law dissemination and communication with taxpayers co-organized by the provincial Departments of Taxation and Justice on August 19 morning.

At the conference, PhD. Phan Duc Hieu, Standing Member of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, and representatives of the provincial Departments of Taxation and Justice answered more than 40 questions of taxpayers.

The answers revolved around some issues such as fast depreciation, value-added tax exemption and reduction, issuance of invoices at industrial catering companies, handling of tax arrears, legal support and access to legal support services for businesses, business separation and establishment, standards and conditions for members of an independent board of directors, etc.

On this occasion, eight enterprises in the province were honored to receive certificates of merit from the General Department of Taxation for well implementing tax policies and laws in 2020 and 2021.

Those were the limited liability companies of UMC Electronics Vietnam (Tan Truong industrial park), Continuance Vietnam Footwear (km 43 on national highway 5 in Lai Cach township, Cam Giang), Hyundai Kefico Vietnam (Dai An industrial park), An Phat High Technology (An Phat Complex), and Sumiden Vietnam Automotive Wire (Dai An industrial park) and the joint stock companies of Silkroad Ha Noi (Dai An industrial park), North Power Service (Pha Lai ward, Chi Linh), and Tay Bac Group's branch in Hai Duong.
