On July 3, 2026, the first Hai Phong Promotion Month was launched, with more than 800 business registrations.
Delegates pressed the button to launch the first Hai Phong Shopping Promotion Month 2026.On the morning of July 3, the Department of Industry and Trade held a ceremony to launch the first Hai Phong Promotion Month 2026.
The program aims to stimulate consumer demand, help businesses expand their markets, boost goods sales and further promote the campaign ‘Vietnamese people prioritize Vietnamese goods’. More than 800 business entries have registered promotional programs.
To ensure the program achieves strong results, the Department of Industry and Trade has called on businesses, distribution systems and commercial units to implement three key measures: roll out diverse and practical promotional programs in compliance with the law; and ensure product quality and consumer rights.
Businesses taking part in the program may apply the maximum permitted value of goods and services used for promotions, while the maximum discount rate for promoted goods and services can reach 100%.
