An Lao Commune People's Committee announces the traffic separation plan to serve the construction of the Vang 1 Bridge Investment Project over the Da Do River.
Specifically, for the direction from Quang Thanh intersection to An Lao commune center: All types of cars follow the route: DT.360 - Tran Thi Trinh - National Highway 10 - Nguyen Van Troi. Motorcycles follow the route: DT.360 - Phan Hien - temporary bridge over Da Do River - Nguyen Chuyen My - DT.360.
In the opposite direction, from the city center to Quang Thanh intersection: Cars travel via: DT.360 - Nguyen Van Troi - National Highway 10, then make a U-turn at a suitable intersection to head back to Quang Thanh intersection. Motorcycles follow the route: DT.360 - Nguyen Chuyen My - temporary bridge - Phan Hien - DT.360.
The traffic separation plan is expected to start from March 24, 2026.
An Lao Commune People's Committee requires the local Investment Construction Project Management Board to coordinate with the contractor to install full signage, barriers, and deploy traffic control forces at intersections and construction areas; the commune police should coordinate with traffic police to intensify patrols and handle violations; and relevant units to ramp up propaganda so residents are aware of the alternative routes.
