Thanh Ha to have 335 more ha of fruit trees following VietGAP standard

In which, there will be 110 ha of lychee in the communes of Viet Hong, Thanh Khe, Thanh Xa, Thanh Thuy, Thanh Son, Thanh Hong, and Vinh Lap and Thanh Ha district town; 130 ha of guava in the communes of Tan Viet, Cam Che, Thanh Lang, Lien Mac, Thanh Xuan, and An Phuong; 50 ha of banana in Tan An and Thanh Khe communes and Thanh Ha district town; 25 ha of pomelo in Thanh Hong commune; and 20 ha of kumquat in Thanh Son commune.

Thanh Ha will strive for the entire district to have 830 ha of fruit trees planted under VietGAP standard in 2023.

At present, there are 6,965 ha of fruit trees in Thanh Ha district. This year, 505 ha of fruit trees in the district were certified to meet VietGAP standard (440 ha of lychee and 65 ha of guava).

The local authorities have continued to direct farmers to do agriculture in accordance with VietGAP standard and in association with tourism and export potential.
