Hai Phong stands alongside LG Innotek for mutual development

LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. held a ceremony on October 1 at Trang Due Industrial Park to mark its 10th founding anniversary (2016-2026).

Attending the ceremony were Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Head of the City Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People’s Committee; and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the City People’s Committee Do Thanh Trung congratulated LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong on the achievements it has made over 10 years of establishment and development. From an initial investment of USD 550 million, the company’s investment capital has now exceeded USD 2 billion.

The Chairman of the City People’s Committee emphasized that these results demonstrate LG Innotek’s confidence in Hai Phong. The city highly appreciates and commends LG Innotek’s contributions to socio-economic development, particularly its responsibility toward workers, the community and local residents. Efforts to build a professional working environment, develop human resources, carry out social welfare activities and support the community have created the company’s distinctive culture, which is becoming increasingly connected with the people of Hai Phong.

Hai Phong will continue to improve its investment and business environment and social infrastructure, develop human resources, accelerate administrative reform, and work alongside LG to ensure that its projects in general and those of LG Innotek in particular are implemented smoothly and effectively.

With its achievements to date, technological capabilities, corporate culture and people, together with the city’s continued support, LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong will enter a new period with greater achievements, greater contributions to Hai Phong and Vietnam, and a higher position in the global value chain.

Speaking at the ceremony, Moon Hyuk-soo, President and CEO of LG Innotek, acknowledged and highly valued the achievements of LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong over the past 10 years. He emphasized that from the group’s initial direction of establishing a production center in Vietnam, LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong has now developed into a complex with operations ranging from manufacturing to research and development, quality management, and customer and employee care.

The President and CEO of LG Innotek expressed his sincere thanks for the companionship and support of the city’s leaders, departments and sectors, partners, as well as the dedication of the management and employees of LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong.

At the ceremony, LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. introduced its development orientations and goals for the 2026-2036 period. City leaders and company executives carried out a ceremony to launch LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong’s new development journey under the message, “Together into the next decade.”
