Railway sector adds trains for public holidays in April and May

In addition to the four regular daily pairs—HP1/2, LP2/3, LP5/6, and LP7/8, the unit has also adds trains.

Specifically, on the Haiphong–Hanoi direction, train LP10 will run on April 26–27 and May 2–3, while train HP4 will operate on May 2–3. On the Hanoi–Haiphong direction, train LP9 will run on April 25, April 30, and May 1, and train HP3 will operate on April 30 and May 1.

The railway sector will apply a 10% discount on the return fare for passengers purchasing round‑trip tickets on these extra trains. At the same time, luggage, bicycles, and motorcycles will be accepted for transport at Haiphong, Hai Duong, Cam Giang, Gia Lam, and Hanoi stations (except train HP1/2); Long Bien station will handle bicycle and luggage consignments.

Thuong Ly, Phu Thai, Hai Duong, Cam Giang, Gia Lam, and Long Bien stations will all serve boarding and alighting. Given the high demand for travel and motorcycle transport during the holiday, Haiphong Railway Transport Branch advises passengers to buy tickets in advance.
