Hoa Phuong train offers group discounts on Hanoi–Hai Phong route

Passengers travelling on Hoa Phuong trains receive a discount when purchasing 4 or 8 tickets

Accordingly, the Railway Transportation Joint Stock Company has introduced a group‑ticket scheme for trains HP1/HP2 and LP5/LP6, LP2/3/7/8, running from Monday to Thursday every week.

Passengers travelling on the same train, with the same departure and arrival stations, and whose tickets are purchased by one person in a single transaction, using the same booking code and the same invoice information, can receive the discount by entering a promotional code.

Specifically, passengers buying 4 tickets for 4 people and entering the code ‘3tang1’ or ‘Buy 3, get 1 free’ will only pay for 3 tickets; those buying 8 tickets for 8 people and entering the code ‘6tang2’ or‘buy 6, get 2 free’ will only pay for 6 tickets.

Group‑ticket passengers are not allowed to change or refund their tickets and cannot combine this discount with other preferential policies.

The Railway Transportation Joint Stock Company also noted that the railway sector is offering an unlimited‑ride monthly ticket to facilitate frequent travelers on this route and to help reduce travel costs.

Currently, one‑way fares are about 104,000–126,000 VND per ticket for the Hanoi–Hai Duong route and about 170,000–198,000 VND per ticket for the full Hanoi–Hai Phong route.
