Organizations and individuals in Hai Phong will be exempt from certification fees for e-copies of original documents as from 2026.
Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Council Le Van Hieu has signed a resolution regulating support for certification fees for e-copies of original documents across the city.
Accordingly, the city budget will cover 100% of the fee for certifying e-copies from originals upon request of organizations and individuals at Public Administration Service Centers of the People’s Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the city.
The resolution will take effect from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
The support aims to promote the online implementation of administrative procedures; encourage and attract organizations and individuals to access and use e-copy certification services; increase the proportion of e-copy certification compared with conventional certification; and reduce pressure on civil servants in receiving and processing administrative procedures related to e-copy certification.
