Credit system in Hai Duong normally runs

By the day, no staff member of other banks had been recorded to take advantage of people's withdrawal of their deposits at SCB's Hai Duong branch to entice customers and compete unfairly.

Previously, the SBV's provincial branch issued a document directing credit institutions and their branches to coordinate in propaganda and explanation for people to understand and rest assured that depositors' rights and interests are always guaranteed.

The SBV's provincial branch will closely monitor the operation situation to work out timely measures to ensure stable and safe banking activities in the locality.

The SBV governor affirmed that people's deposits at all banks are always guaranteed by the State in all cases. Therefore, those having deposits at SCB can be assured of their interests and should not withdraw money, especially before maturity, to avoid affecting their interests.
