Bustling construction site of Thai Binh river bridge

These days, the construction site of the Thai Binh river bridge project is bustling with a fast-paced and energetic working atmosphere.
Thai Binh river bridge and its approach roads have a total length of 2.47 km, with a total investment of more than 1,228 billion VND. The project is part of Ring Road I of the former Hai Duong city and identified as a strategic traffic axis.The project is invested by the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board. Construction is carried out by a consortium comprising Khang Nguyen Infrastructure Construction Investment JSC., Construction and Investment JSC. No. 18, and Dat Phuong Group JSC.The construction site is vibrant and busy, with around 200 engineers and workers and dozens of modern machines and equipment.The construction area of Pier T6, with a depth of up to 26 – 28 m, is among the deepest river pier structures in the western Hai Phong area.Construction is organized in three shifts with four teams, making maximum use of time, especially during favorable weather conditions.Workers assemble steel reinforcement cages.Modern machinery and equipment are mobilized for the construction of the project.The project broke ground in August 2025 and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Once completed, the bridge will connect Tan Hung and Nam Dong wards, linking provincial roads 391 and 390C.
