Lo Cuong noodle products, which have earned a 4-star OCOP certification, are now eligible for export.
Since early 2025, Lo Cuong Noodle Cooperative in Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong city has produced and sold more than 280 tons of noodles and vermicelli, five times the volume recorded during the same period in 2024.
This year also marks the first time these products have been exported to Japan, a highly selective market with strict standards.
Domestically, the cooperative’s dried noodles and vermicelli have been distributed nationwide. All products have been awarded the 4-star OCOP certification, qualifying them for export.
Product packaging has been redesigned with a modern look and includes clear origin traceability information, enabling consumers to verify product quality and provenance easily. This is a strategic move by the cooperative to improve competitiveness and sustainably expand its market share both at home and abroad.
