Hai Phong adjusts funding for 103 public investment projects

The decision was adopted at the second session of the 17th Hai Phong People's Council on June 23 through a resolution on the second adjustment of the city's 2026 public investment plan.

Under the resolution, capital allocations for 89 projects will be adjusted.

These include 20 completed projects undergoing final settlement procedures, which will receive an additional 31.8 billion dong, 49 ongoing projects whose funding will be increased or reduced in line with implementation progress, one new project receiving an additional 10.6 billion dong, and 19 projects in the preparation stage that will be allocated more than 26.4 billion dong.

The council also approved adjustments to funding plans for 14 projects under the 2021-2025 National New Rural Development Program.

Among them, four completed projects undergoing final settlement procedures will receive an additional 2.2 billion dong, while funding for 10 ongoing projects will be adjusted based on actual implementation needs.
