Le Tri Vu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Municipal People's Council, has been appointed Standing Vice Chairman of the Council.

The National Assembly Standing Committee has issued a resolution approving the election result for the position of Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People's Council for the 17th tenure (2026 – 2031).
Under the resolution, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election of Le Tri Vu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and a delegate of the 17th Municipal People's Council, as Vice Chairman of the Council, effective from August 10, 2026.
Following the approval, the Standing Board of the Municipal People's Council issued a decision assigning responsibilities to its members for the 17th tenure (2026 – 2031).
Accordingly, Le Tri Vu was designated as Standing Vice Chairman of the Municipal People's Council.
