Investment approved for nearly VND 2.5 trillion Gia Loc 3 Industrial Park

The Hai Phong People's Committee has approved the investment policy and designated Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. as the investor for the Gia Loc 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Project.

The industrial park will cover a total area of 136.98 hectares, including 130 hectares designated for the industrial park and the remaining area for external transportation infrastructure connections.

The project will be located in Yet Kieu Commune with a total investment of nearly VND 2.5 trillion. It will operate for 50 years from the date the city People's Committee issues the land allocation decision. The investor is required to complete construction and put the industrial park into operation by the third quarter of 2028.

Gia Loc 3 is planned as a multi-sector industrial park with a focus on supporting industries. It will prioritize high-tech manufacturing, advanced production technologies, and environmentally friendly technologies while attracting industries aligned with Hai Phong's investment priorities and relevant regulations.

The industrial park will feature modern, fully integrated technical infrastructure along with public social amenities, including accommodation, commercial and service facilities, cultural and sports facilities, healthcare services, and green parks to serve workers and employees within the industrial park.
