Hai Phong completes land clearance for three major industrial park projects

According to the city People’s Committee, as of the end of April 2026, land clearance had been fully completed for Cong Hoa Industrial Park, covering more than 201 hectares in Chi Linh Ward; the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park, spanning more than 246 hectares; and Luong Dien–Ngoc Lien Industrial Park, covering nearly 150 hectares, both located in Cam Giang Commune.

Land clearance work at three other industrial park projects has also reached between 98% and 99.8%. Gia Loc Industrial Park, covering nearly 200 hectares in Gia Phuc Commune, has reached 99.8%; the 227-hectare expanded Dai An Industrial Park in Tu Minh Ward has reached 98%; while the expanded Tan Truong Industrial Park, spanning 112.6 hectares in Mao Dien Commune, has also reached 98%.

The city plans to break ground on four additional industrial park projects in May 2026, including Nam Trang Cat, Thuy Nguyen Phase 1, Hoang Dieu and Binh Giang industrial parks.

In 2026, Hai Phong has 24 industrial park infrastructure projects undergoing land clearance, with total investment exceeding VND79 trillion.
