Hai Phong's Economic Zone Authority has granted an investment registration certificate for the Thuan Hung Packaging Paper Plant at Tien Thanh Industrial Park in Tien Lang Commune. The project is being developed by Thuan Hung Trading Joint Stock Company.

The project has a total investment of VND7.27 trillion and will occupy 242,044.4 square meters of land.
The plant will manufacture corrugated paper, paperboard and environmentally friendly paper packaging products for supporting industries and the packaging sector.
Under the implementation schedule, construction, equipment installation, recruitment and employee training will take place from the fourth quarter of 2026 through the fourth quarter of 2027. The plant is scheduled to begin commercial operations in the first quarter of 2028.
The Tien Thanh Industrial Park infrastructure development project covers 410.4 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 4.6 trillion in Tien Lang Commune.
The industrial park is being developed by Tien Thanh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company and broke ground in April 2025 during celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Vietnam's reunification.
