More than 160,700 administrative applications were received and resolved by departments, boards, and sectors of Hai Phong city from July 1 to October 19, 2025.

The Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System of Hai Phong recorded that the city departments, boards, and sectors received more than 160,700 applications from July 1 to October 19, 2025.
About 140,100 of which were resolved and results were returned to individuals and organizations. More than 20,500 applications are still within the processing period, of which more than 10,400 need additional information.
On average, the rate of applications with results returned ahead of schedule reached nearly 95.22%. Most applications were concentrated in the fields of justice - civil status, land, natural resources - environment, investment, and business.
