Over 77,700 administrative procedure dossiers processed in two months

According to the Online Public Service Application, during the two-month period of operating the two-tier local government model, from July 1 to August 31, departments and agencies under the Hai Phong People’s Committee received over 77,700 administrative procedure dossiers, of which 2,339 fall within the scope of resolution.

Specifically, nearly 56,500 dossiers were submitted through partial online public services, while about 21,280 were processed via fully online services.

Several departments and agencies recorded very high proportions of online submissions, 95% or more, including the Economic Zone Authority and the Departments of Industry and Trade, Justice, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Education and Training, as well as the city Inspectorate.

In the coming time, to maintain and improve the proportion of online service dossiers, Hai Phong People’s Committee’s departments and agencies will step up communications to raise awareness and skills in using online public services among citizens, workers, students, and pupils; and focus on improving online service quality, diversifying outreach methods, and promoting knowledge through mass media, social networks, and grassroots information systems to make online public services more accessible and efficient for residents and businesses, thereby advancing digital transformation in administrative management.
