Hai Phong’s Do Son Ward is rolling out measures to develop the beach 295 into an attractive destination for visitors.

The Do Son Ward People’s Committee has begun coordinating emergency sea rescue, environmental sanitation and tourism management at the area around the 295 Rest and Recuperation Detachment.
To turn the beach 295 into a key tourist destination, the Do Son ward will develop a coordination regulation between the ward People’s Committee and the 295 Rest and Recuperation Detachment for tourism management, exploitation and development; refurbish the landscape and improve the access route to the area; and study ways to limit bringing tables, chairs and food onto the beach to reduce waste and protect the environment and urban aesthetics.
The ward is implementing measures to make the beach 295 cleaner, more attractive and visitor-friendly. Authorities will also strengthen state management of tourism to ensure public order, fire safety, food hygiene and environmental protection.

Recently, the beach 295 has drawn growing numbers of residents and tourists, who come to visit, swim, see sunrises and enjoy the fresh sea air, especially on weekends. With its natural scenery and open space, the beach is becoming an increasingly popular destination.
With coordinated efforts by agencies and community participation, the beach 295 is expected to become cleaner, safer and more civilized, and to emerge as an attractive Do Son’s tourist destination in the near future.
