Coordination to build working class for 2026-2030 period

On the afternoon of April 9, The Hai Phong city Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, and the City Federation of Labor held a conference to review the coordination program for building the city's working class during 2021-2025 and signed the coordination program for 2026-2030.

Speaking at the conference, the Head of the city Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Quang Phuc emphasized that during 2021-2025, The Hai Phong city Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, and the City Federation of Labor effectively coordinated to implement the program for building the city's working class in industrial parks and economic zones. Trade unions and socio-political organizations effectively played their representative role, cared for and protected workers' legitimate rights and interests.

At the conference, leaders from the three agencies discussed and agreed to sign the coordination program for building the city's working class during 2026-2030.

The three agencies will intensify propaganda to disseminate the Party's policies and State laws and regulations to workers. The focus of coordination is to enhance the effectiveness of grassroots trade union operations and strengthen inspections and supervision of policy and benefit implementation at enterprises.

The agencies also commit to prioritizing the training and recommendation of outstanding union members for Party admission consideration by Party committees. The three units will closely coordinate to promptly provide information on the labor market, insurance policies, and social housing, thereby addressing workers' concerns and aspirations effectively while creating momentum for the city's socio-economic development.
