Thanh Dong University has signed a cooperation agreement on training in AI, IoT and smart technologies, strengthening lecturers’ capacity and connecting with enterprises.

Thanh Dong University on December 2 held a conference to cooperate with Huatec Company and Chinese universities in education, research and technology development, review the outcomes of the JingShi Vietnam Institute project and launch phase 2.
Three modern, internationally standardized practice labs were built in phase 1, enabling students to access advanced electronic, PLC, robotic and measurement equipment right on campus. Lecturers’ capacity improved through direct technology transfer from Huatec experts and Chinese partners.
Students also participated in international exchanges, expanding learning opportunities and integration.
These results created an important foundation for the university to expand training into AI, IoT and smart technologies in the next phase.
Phase 2 will focus on expanding laboratories into artificial intelligence and smart control, developing bilingual learning materials, enhancing lecturer and student exchanges, strengthening research cooperation and establishing postgraduate training links.
The institute – university – enterprise ecosystem will also be strongly developed to supply high-quality human resources and promote research and technology transfer.
At the conference, Thanh Dong University signed a phase-2 memorandum of cooperation with Huatec Company and Hui Jia Vocational Institute, officially expanding the project and strengthening connection in training, research and technological applications.
