To ensure the market supply during the 2026 Lunar New Year, since the last quarter of 2025, BRG Mart Hai Duong supermarket planned to prepare goods and registered product quantities with major reputable suppliers, with inventory growing three times compared to the same period last year.
City shopping centers and supermarkets are rolling out large-scale promotion programs focused on clean, green, high-quality products boost consumer demand. AEON MALL Haiphong Le Chan is hosting the ‘Full Tet Shopping, Joyful Spring Fun’ program from January 8 to February 8, offering up to 50% discounts on various candies, jams, and essential goods.

Enhancing inspections and strictly handling violations.
Along with price stabilization efforts, the Department of Industry and Trade is intensifying inspections, controls, and strict handling of market violations. This includes a peak campaign against smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeit goods before, during, and after the Tet holiday.
The City Market Management Sub-Department is also ramping up legal awareness campaigns, urging business households and individuals to strictly comply with regulations by signing commitments against trading counterfeit goods, substandard products, or items with unclear origins and sources.
