Industrial zones and clusters continuously established across Tien Lang commune in Hai Phong are opening up numerous prospects and stable, sustainable development opportunities for the locality.

Ample room for growth
In the final days of 2025, the Haiphong City People's Committee issued Decision No. 4798 to establish Quyet Tien Industrial Cluster. This marks one of three industrial zones and clusters formed in the area.
The project site has no residential households, eliminating the need for resettlement; land clearance primarily involves agricultural land, accounting for 86.29% of the total area. Quyet Tien Industrial Cluster features synchronous technical infrastructure covered on a total area of 75 hectares, focusing on steel structure fabrication and assembly, mechanical engineering; electronics; and garment and footwear.
Previously, the Tien Lang Industrial Cluster was established on a total area of nearly 50 hectares. Now, the cluster is fully occupied, with an investment rate of about VND 60 billion per hectare.
Notably, Tien Thanh Industrial Park spans 410 hectares with nearly VND 5,000 billion invested in infrastructure. The project has started construction since April 2025 with an aim to create a modern industrial park with synchronous, internationally compliant technical infrastructure and quality standards.
Creating favorable conditions for investment

According to Chairman of the Tien Lang Commune People's Committee Pham Van Giang, over the past time, in order to attract investment and promote industrial development, the locality has identified key tasks including enhanced coordination with relevant departments and sectors to support investors and businesses in completing procedures quickly and smoothly.
The commune encourages and calls on secondary investors to develop green, clean technologies that are environmentally friendly and have high intellectual content; at the same time, it accelerates administrative reforms, shortens procedure processing times, applies information technology, thereby improving the investment environment and building confidence for businesses to expand production and business. Notably, site clearance has always been prioritized with strong direction right from the stage of land recovery to serve the industrial zones and clusters in the area.
In addition to the city's resources supporting new investments and upgrading key transport routes such as Provincial Road 354, Road 25, and Pham Dinh Nguyen Road, the local authority has mobilized funds from the New Rural Development program to invest in inter-communal and inter-village roads, contributing to creating a neat, modern appearance for the commune.
