The Youth Unions of Ai Quoc, Viet Hoa, Tan Hung, and Nam Dong wards (Hai Phong) coordinated to organize the “Volunteer Spring” program in Thong Nhat commune (Lang Son).

From March 21–22, the Youth Unions of Ai Quoc, Viet Hoa, Tan Hung, and Nam Dong wards (Hai Phong) coordinated with supporting organizations and benefactors to organize the “Volunteer Spring” program in Thong Nhat commune, Lang Son province.
During the program, the delegation handed over the youth project “Street Lighting System,” contributing to improved security and safety for local residents.
They also presented 40 “Lighting Up Dreams” scholarships, more than 300 packages of candy and snacks, 76 warm blankets, many sets of new clothes, 200 winter hats, and over 1,000 notebooks to students of Nhuong Ban Primary and Secondary School as well as disadvantaged residents in the commune.

The total value of the program exceeded VND 120 million, mobilized through social contributions from organizations, individuals, and benefactors.
This meaningful activity was organized to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026); to mark the successful election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term; and to look toward the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2026–2030 term.
