The volunteer journey ‘Warm winter of compassion 2025’ in Nghe An province demonstrates the pioneering and volunteer spirit of the youth in Gia Vien ward, Hai Phong city.

In celebration of the first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong city for the 2025 – 2030 term, the Youth Union and the Council of the Ho Chi Minh Vanguard Children's Union of Gia Vien ward, Hai Phong city organized the volunteer journey “Warm winter of compassion 2025” in Nghe An province from December 19 to 21.
At Pham Hong Thai Primary School in Lam Thanh commune, Nghe An, the volunteer delegation presented 20 scholarships worth 300,000 VND each; 7,370 notebooks, 2,700 pencils, 1,000 ballpoint pens, 1,000 erasers, 100 fountain pens, one hot water dispenser, one loudspeaker, one drum set, 2,300 pairs of socks, 50 windbreakers, and 20 warm blankets to students and children in difficult circumstances in the area.
The total value of the gifts exceeded 132.4 million VND. The presents reflect the companionship and support of Gia Vien youth, helping students in Nghe An overcome difficulties in the aftermath of storms and floods.
