The Youth Affairs Committee under Hai Phong Public Security have launched a series of meaningful volunteer activities in Bat Xat Commune, Lao Cai Province, in celebration of the 14th National Party Congress.
From January 15 to 17, the delegation coordinated with the Youth Affairs Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Public Security, Bat Xat Commune Public Security, and youth unions from several agencies and enterprises to launch a series of meaningful volunteer activities.
The delegation launched a “Lighting up the Border” project worth approximately VND 30 million to residents of Hamlet 3, Bat Xat Commune, enhancing living conditions and the maintenance of local security and order. A water purifier worth VND 3 million was also donated to Bat Xat Commune Public Security.
In addition, the delegation donated two water purifiers to Ban Qua Primary and Secondary School, along with 142 gift packages of school supplies and warm clothing, with a total value of approximately VND 100 million. Two disadvantaged students in Bat Xat Commune each received financial support of VND 2 million.
