Hanoi – Hai Phong railways officially resumes operations via Long Bien bridge

Starting February 10, several passenger train services between Hai Phong and Hanoi will operate via Long Bien Bridge. From Hai Phong to Hanoi, Train LP2 departs Hai Phong Station at 6:05 a.m. and arrives in Hanoi at 8:50 a.m. Train LP6 departs at 9:10 a.m. and arrives at 11:52 a.m. Train LP8 departs at 3:00 p.m. and arrives at Long Bien Station at 5:40 p.m. (on weekends and holidays, the final stop is Hanoi Station). Train HP2 departs at 6:40 p.m. and arrives in Hanoi at 9:15 p.m.

From Hanoi to Hai Phong: Train HP1 departs Hanoi at 6:00 a.m. and arrives in Hai Phong at 8:25 a.m. Train LP3 departs at 9:25 a.m. and arrives at 12:00 p.m. Train LP5 departs at 3:15 p.m. and arrives at 6:00 p.m. Train LP7 departs Long Bien Station at 6:20 p.m. and arrives in Hai Phong at 9:00 p.m. (on weekends and holidays, the train departs from Hanoi Station at 6:10 p.m.).

The railway sector is currently adjusting passenger and freight train routes to ensure safety and efficiency, particularly during the 2026 Lunar New Year period.
