The Relief Mobilization Board of the Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee transferred 5 billion VND from the city’s voluntary donation fund for disaster, epidemic, and incident recovery to the Relief Mobilization Board of the Da Nang VFF Committee on November 5 to help local residents address the consequences of recent storms.
Earlier, in early October, the city Relief Mobilization Board handed over 20 billion VND to those of the VFF Committees of Hue city and Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Tri, and Ha Tinh provinces to help them recover from the damage caused by storm No. 10.
