Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Le Tien Chau has directed relevant departments, sectors, and localities to promptly address petitions and proposals to support business development.
Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Le Tien Chau worked with Dai An JSC., the investor of Dai An industrial park, and several secondary investors operating in the park on November 11.
After listening to petitions and proposals from businesses in Dai An industrial park, along with responses from representatives of municipal departments, sectors, and localities, Secretary Le Tien Chau acknowledged and commended Dai An JSC. for its achievements over the past time, which significantly contributed to socio-economic growth and social welfare in Hai Duong province before, and now in Hai Phong city.
Regarding the enterprises’ proposals, the Secretary assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Economic Zone Authority, and relevant agencies to advise the municipal People’s Committee next week on guiding the investor of the Dai An II residential area project to implement procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
He also welcomed and highly appreciated Dai An JSC.’s proactive spirit in allocating more than 290 billion VND to build Dai An bridge to enhance transport connectivity, and its desire to invest in a western special economic zone. He tasked the Economic Zone Authority and relevant units with completing procedures and documents within November for submission to Standing Members and the Standing Board of the city Party Committee for consideration and decision.
For requests of the investors in Dai An industrial park regarding new regulations of the Government and the city and workforce issues, the Secretary directed the Economic Zone Authority to promptly consolidate information, organize training sessions, and guide enterprises to ensure smooth and favorable operations.
Secretary Le Tien Chau emphasized that Hai Phong always considers businesses’ success as the city’s development. Therefore, the city consistently accompanies enterprises, listens attentively, promptly removes obstacles, protects legitimate interests, and provides effective support to jointly build a stable, sustainable investment environment.
Later the same day, Secretary Le Tien Chau visited the construction site of Deli Vietnam Office Technology Co., Ltd. and the factory of Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd.
