Hai Phong industrial parks seek more than 36,000 workers

According to the Industrial Park Trade Union Board under the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor, many enterprises in the city's industrial parks are currently expanding recruitment, with total demand surpassing 36,000 workers.

In eastern Hai Phong, businesses are seeking 22,975 employees, equivalent to 11.3% of the current workforce in the industrial parks.

Meanwhile, enterprises in the western part of the city are looking to hire 13,267 workers. Four industrial parks of Dai An, An Phat 1, Tan Truong, and Dai An Expansion alone account for 7,841 vacancies, representing 59.1% of the region's total recruitment demand.

The Industrial Park Trade Union Board said the strong hiring demand reflects the continued vibrancy of Hai Phong's industrial labor market as many businesses tend to expand production and operations.

Beyond the number of vacancies, employers are also placing greater emphasis on workforce quality. Companies in the electronics, mechanical engineering, and supporting industries increasingly prioritize trained workers with technical skills and the ability to meet the requirements of modern manufacturing environments.
