Enterprises offer over 16,000 vacancies at Hai Phong Job Fair

The Hai Phong Confederation of Labor held a conference on employment information and skills for organizing collective activities for trade union members and workers on December 6. This is one of the key activities at the first Hai Phong Job Fair in 2025.

At the event, Vietnam Maritime University and Sao Do University provided information on training disciplines, demand, scale, 2026 enrollment plans, and their cooperation programs in enrollment and career guidance.

In addition, seven enterprises with booths at the fair, namely LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong, Regina Miracle International Vietnam, Liteon Vietnam, Jasan Vietnam, Regent Garment Factory, Brother Vietnam, and Sumidenso Vietnam, provided information on their scale, production and business operations, large recruitment needs, and benefit policies for workers.

The fair features the participation of 118 units and enterprises across the city, with recruitment needs exceeding 16,000 positions.

Thousands of workers, students, and demobilized soldiers have visited the booths to learn about recruitment information from participating units and enterprises. At the booths, job seekers can register for positions and take part in on-site interviews with enterprise representatives.

Within the framework of the program, workers were trained in skills for organizing collective activities and participated in a lucky draw with various attractive gifts at the recruitment booths.
