‘Hai Phong – Creative Startup Café’ sparks innovation mindset

The 25th “Hai Phong – Creative Startup Café”, themed “Gen Z and innovation: freedom or formula,” took place at the headquarters of the city Department of Science and Technology on October 25.

At the event, Startup Haiphong Director Do Thi Nhung presented a talk titled “Innovation – the story of the Gen Z era,” and Do Minh Thuy, Director of the Research and Innovation Startup Center (RISC) and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Hai Phong University, delivered an in-depth presentation: “The 5A formula – how Gen Z leads innovation in the digital age.”

A highlight of the program was the 7th networking and introduction space for innovative startup projects. Among the standout projects were two from RISC, namely “FEBA digital bicycle” and “Part-time job connection for Hai Phong students through the HaiPhongJobLink app.”

These youthful, practical, and socially valuable ideas reflect the dynamic entrepreneurial spirit and aspiration for innovation among Hai Phong’s Gen Z generation.

The event was attended by lecturers from Hai Phong University and Vietnam Maritime University, members of the G.O.S Startup Club, as well as many students and startups in the city.

With a spirit of connection, sharing, and inspiration, the 25th “Hai Phong – Creative Startup Café” served as both a space for idea exchange and a journey to nurture creativity, foster innovation, and awaken the aspirations of Hai Phong’s young generation to shape the future.
