With the theme ‘Startups get ready for fundraising at Techfest Haiphong 2025’, the 24th Hai Phong Creative Startup Café has created a space for connection, sharing, and fundraising to promote the startup ecosystem.
On September 13, the Creative Startup Support Center (Startup Haiphong) under the Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology organized the program “Hai Phong Creative Startup Café” with the theme “Startups get ready for fundraising at Techfest Haiphong 2025”, featuring connection, product introduction, and innovative startup activities.
At the event, Startup Haiphong Director Do Thi Nhung introduced the Techfest Haiphong 2025.
Tran Phi Long, Administrator of Tao Startup Community and Director of the Innovation and Startup Incubator of Vietnam National University, Ha Noi, shared insights on the topic “What factors do investors consider when choosing startups?”
Participants gained a clearer understanding of basic funding stages, some domestic and international investment funds, the investor landscape in Vietnam, criteria for investment decisions, and important considerations for startups when working with investors.
Within the program, startups also pitched their projects through demo presentations, discussions, and feedback sessions.
This was the 24th edition of Hai Phong Creative Startup Café, organized by the Department of Science and Technology to connect the startup community with State management agencies, support organizations, and investors.
The program provides information, experience, consultation, and inspiration for startups and young people passionate about entrepreneurship, contributing to a sustainable startup ecosystem in Hai Phong.
