Games ON Hai Phong 2026 has concluded with the victory of Saigon MVK Academy over Saigon Warriors in the final match to claim the VCS 2026 title.

The autumn esports event Games ON Hai Phong 2026 wrapped up on October 11 evening after two exciting days at the City Theatre Square and the central flower garden strip.
Saigon MVK Academy (MVKA) outstandingly claimed the title after the grand final of the 2026 Vietnam Championship Series for League of Legends (VCS Grand Final 2026), marking a milestone as Hai Phong hosted the grand final of Vietnam's leading esports tournament for the first time.

Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People's Committee, attended the event and presented awards to the teams, alongside representatives of city departments and agencies and a large crowd of spectators.
The VCS Grand Final 2026 was the highlight of Games ON Hai Phong 2026. In the decisive match, the young Saigon MVK squad put on a dominant display, defeating Saigon Warriors (SGW), the VCS 2026 Summer champions, 3-0 in a best-of-five series to win the VCS 2026 title.

League of Legends is one of the most influential esports titles in Vietnam and Asia. It is also the only esports discipline in which Vietnam has competed at three consecutive Asian Games - the 18th, 19th and 20th editions. The game has also brought Vietnam a gold medal at the 31st SEA Games and a bronze medal at the 20th Asian Games.
Beyond top-level competition, Games ON Hai Phong 2026 offered a wide range of experiences, including technology zones, interactive games, artistic performances and a food street, attracting thousands of residents and visitors.

The event helped promote Hai Phong as a youthful, dynamic, civilized and welcoming city while bringing esports closer to the local community. The sector is growing rapidly and gradually establishing its place in Vietnam's high-performance sports system.
Successfully hosting the VCS Grand Final 2026 marks a step forward for Hai Phong in organizing modern sporting events. It also opens up opportunities for the city to become a destination for national and international esports tournaments in the years ahead.
