For projects behind schedule, the relevant authorities must review each task in detail, clearly identify the causes of delays and the responsibilities involved, and develop remedial measures to prevent further delays that could undermine investment efficiency. Particular attention should be paid to coordinating efforts to resolve obstacles and accelerate construction of Provincial Road 191Q through Lac Phuong Commune, with the aim of substantially completing the project’s components before the Lunar New Year to ensure the road is open to traffic.

Regarding the digitization of land data, local authorities must urgently implement the work in accordance with the city’s plan, review progress and ensure completion within the prescribed deadline. They must also strengthen water quality monitoring to ensure a clean water supply for residents, promote waste sorting at source, and improve the efficiency of waste collection, transportation and treatment.

The Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee noted that, alongside efforts to complete the tasks set for 2026, departments, sectors and local authorities should proactively review and develop plans and prepare the necessary conditions for implementing tasks in 2027, particularly those related to investment and the budget.
