The Investment, Construction and Business Management Project for the technical infrastructure of the Trang Due supporting industrial cluster revokes more than 647,500 square meters of land.

50 households in An Phong Ward have received compensation and support payments for land and crops.

The Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council of An Phong Ward has organized the disbursement of compensation and support payments for land and crops to nearly 50 households whose land was revoked to implement the Investment, Construction and Business Management Project for the technical infrastructure of the Trang Due supporting industrial cluster – Phase 7.

The project revokes more than 647,500 square meters of land. Of this total, 659 households have agricultural land affected, 78 households have residential land affected, and 236 graves must be relocated to hand over the site for project implementation.

In Phase 1, the Ward People’s Committee disbursed compensation and support payments for land and crops to more than 590 households with affected agricultural land, covering a total area of over 30 hectares.

On the afternoon of February 24, the ward organized the disbursement of compensation and support payments for land and crops to nearly 50 households whose land was revoked for the project. This round of payments has basically completed site clearance for Phase 1, helping create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented soon.
