Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Tran Van Quan has asked localities to accelerate clearance and hand over sites to construction units to soon put projects into operation, serving local residents.

Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Tran Van Quan inspected site clearance and public investment disbursement at several key projects in Ke Sat, Duong An, and Binh Giang communes on November 12.
He acknowledged the efforts of localities and asked departments and localities to coordinate closely, provide guidance to remove obstacles, and expedite site clearance and handover to construction units. The goal is to ensure disbursement meets or exceeds targets, enabling projects to be completed and put into use early for the benefit of the people.

For the project to build provincial road 394B’s section connecting road 395 with the North–South axis in the former Thanh Mien district, the recovered land area includes 14,317 m2 in Ke Sat commune, 95,096.9 m2 in Duong An commune, and 109,823 m2 in Binh Giang commune.
For the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway project, Ke Sat commune will have about 31.3 ha of land recovered, covering 6.6 km, while Binh Giang commune will have 18.57 ha recovered over 4 km.
For the Sat - Phu irrigation canal dredging and reinforcement project in the former Binh Giang district, the recovered land area includes 65,143.5 m2 in Ke Sat commune, 7,983 m2 in Binh Giang commune, and 95,096.9 m2 in Duong An commune.
