Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People's Committee Le Anh Quan has urged local authorities and investors to determinedly accelerate the implementation of seven residential and urban projects in Thanh Mien and Ke Sat communes.

Le Anh Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, inspected the progress of several residential and urban construction projects in Thanh Mien and Ke Sat communes on the afternoon of November 4.
Quan urged local authorities and investors to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and determination in implementing the projects, focusing on resolving difficulties and obstacles in site clearance to ensure that land is handed over on schedule for construction.
The local authorities were asked to coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to review their plans and ensure consistency and synchronization and promptly propose adjustments when necessary to reflect actual conditions.

The investors were urged to proactively work with the local authorities, urgently complete procedures and concentrate resources on the remaining project components, ensuring both progress and construction quality.
According to reports from the local authorities, technical infrastructure of several projects in Ke Sat Commune was largely completed, but there remained obstacles related to site clearance and completion of remaining items.
During the inspection, the two localities proposed that the city authorities and relevant departments and agencies provide guidance on resolving issues concerning land origins, compensation and support policies, and resettlement arrangement. They also requested assistance in addressing cases where affected residents have not yet reached agreement, accelerating site clearance and ensuring project implementation schedules.
