The booths and signature products of Hai Phong’s agricultural sector are attracting large numbers of shoppers at the National Achievements Exhibition.
According to the Rural Development Sub-Department under the Hai Phong Department of Agriculture and Environment, the booths and signature products of Hai Phong’s agriculture displayed at the National Achievements Exhibition at the National Exhibition Center in Dong Anh, Ha Noi have drawn huge crowds of visitors in recent days.
It is estimated that 12,000 – 15,000 visitors stop by the booths each day, showing strong interest in Hai Phong’s signature products such as Cat Hai fish sauce, Dong Phuong bakery products, and mung bean cakes. Around 8,000 – 9,000 items are purchased daily.

Among the best-selling products, Cat Hai fish sauce records daily revenue of 20 – 22 million VND; Dong Phuong cakes, Khanh Tho’s noodles with anabas fish, and Van Giang peanut candy each generate 12 – 15 million VND per day. Total revenue from agricultural products exceeds 150 million VND daily.
This time, Hai Phong’s agricultural sector is showcasing more than 250 products from 38 businesses and cooperatives, including 150 OCOP items and typical farm produce.
The National Achievements Exhibition is open from August 28 until September 15.
