Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau has required all contents representing Hai Phong at the National Achievements Exhibition to be prepared thoroughly, creatively, and with distinctive identity.
On the afternoon of August 19, Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau inspected the city’s zone at the National Achievements Exhibition, to be held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025) at the National Exhibition Center in Ha Noi.
After listening to reports and conducting on-site inspection, Chairman Le Ngoc Chau emphasized that this is a major political and cultural event of the country and an opportunity for Hai Phong to present the image of a dynamic, innovative, and deeply integrated city to domestic and international friends. Therefore, all units must focus efforts to complete preparations on schedule, ready for the preliminary review on August 20 and the final rehearsal on August 26.
By August 19, Hai Phong’s exhibition zone had been arranged both indoors and outdoors. The indoor section features 11 thematic displays highlighting Hai Phong’s distinctive characteristics, such as its seaport, coastal economic zone, free trade zone, outstanding historical and cultural relics, and high-tech enterprises, which are showcased in modern formats such as scale models, interactive 3D mapping, historical walls, and infographics.
The outdoor section has been designed to be open and airy, with an added cooling system and improved internal traffic flow. To date, 83 enterprises and household businesses have registered to participate, including 73 exhibiting products and 10 showcasing signature cuisine. Many art performances and investment promotion activities will also be organized, creating highlights to attract visitors.
