The Hai Phong ‘For the Poor’ Fund Mobilization Committee has decided to allocate funding to award 50 scholarships to disadvantaged students.
The Hai Phong “For the Poor” Fund Mobilization Committee has decided to allocate VND 50 million from the City “For the Poor” Fund to provide 50 scholarships, each worth VND 1 million, to disadvantaged students across the city.
This is a practical initiative marking the 30th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education (October 2, 1996 – 2026) and supporting the Education Promotion Month 2026. It aims to encourage and support disadvantaged students in their efforts to excel academically.
The entire amount will be transferred to the account of the Hai Phong Association for Promoting Education for scholarship presentation. The association is responsible for providing timely support to the right recipients, ensuring transparency and public disclosure, and completing financial reporting and settlement in accordance with the law.
