The Son Phuc Lumera City project will offer 73 adjacent townhouses combined with commercial use, 329 adjacent townhouses, and 5,247 m² of land for social housing along with various other facilities.
Son Phuc Group JSC. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ha Do Residential Area project (Son Phuc Lumera City) in An Phong ward, Hai Phong city on November 9 afternoon.
The project will be carried out on more than 12.7 ha of land next to An Duong industrial park with a total investment of over 1.23 trillion VND and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2029.
Upon completion, the project will provide 73 adjacent townhouses combined with commercial use, 329 adjacent townhouses, and 5,247 m² of land for social housing along with other facilities, including a shopping center, multifunctional services, parks, a kindergarten, and parking lots.
Leaders of the ward People’s Committee asked the investor and construction unit to use the land for its intended purpose, concentrate all resources, strictly comply with planning, construction, labor safety, and environmental protection regulations, and carry out construction according to the approved design.
