The social housing project in An Duong ward, Hai Phong city covers an area of about 7.65 ha, with a total investment of more than 1 trillion VND, including the construction of social and commercial housing.
The Hai Phong Department of Construction has announced an invitation for investors to register interest in becoming the developer of a social housing project in An Duong ward.
The project has a total area of about 7.65 ha, including around seven 5-story apartment buildings with a construction area of 33,201.2 m2; a commercial housing zone in shell form with completed exterior, covering about 8,289.6 m2 of land, with buildings up to 5 stories.
In addition, there will be green spaces, gardens, and playgrounds covering about 4,023.5 m2 (up to 1 story); a parking lot of about 1,026.5 m2; a wastewater treatment station on a 200-m2 plot within the technical infrastructure area; and an internal road system of about 22,551.4 m2.
The project’s total investment is 1.044 trillion VND. Of this, the projected implementation cost (excluding compensation, support, resettlement, land use fees, and land rent) is 923.92 billion VND, while the projected compensation, support, and resettlement cost is 120.757 billion VND.
The project has a duration of 50 years from the date the city People’s Committee decided on land allocation or lease for implementation.
