On the evening of February 1, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Bac commune, in coordination with Hung Khanh Pagoda, organized a ‘Zero-Cost Market’ to support poor households, near-poor households, and disadvantaged families in the locality on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.
