Over 3 million voters in Hai Phong cast their ballots

Along with nearly 80 million voters nationwide, about 3.2 million voters in Hai Phong will cast their ballots today, March 15, to elect deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
Hai Phong basically completes voter card issuance

As of March 13, election teams across Hai Phong had largely completed the distribution of voter cards to around 3.2 million voters and are continuing to review the lists to ensure citizens’ voting rights are fully guaranteed.
